What Guests are Saying…

About LPR

Little Pipes Ranch was created by mother–daughter team Kylie & Stacy McCarthy, who fell in love with the magic of the desert and wanted to create a space for gathering, reflection, and connection. Blending sustainable design, luxury amenities, and storybook inspiration, the ranch is a place where every detail invites you to slow down and write your own chapter.

Wellness, Adventure & Design in the High Desert

On the Ranch: Private pools & spas, desert walking trails, curated libraries stocked with #BookTok favorites, Bala workout gear, Dyson wellness products, Sangre de Fruta amenities and complimentary yoga classes with award-winning instructor Stacy McCarthy.

Nearby: Just 15 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park, 10 minutes to Pioneertown & Pappy & Harriet’s, and minutes to local gems like La Copine, Mas o Menos, The Dez, and The Copper Room.

Sustainability & Storytelling

A wooden table holds a shiny silver coffee pot, two white coffee mugs with blue rims, and a newspaper titled 'Pioneer Town Gazette' with a black-and-white photo of people and a wolf, in front of gray curtains and a window.

At Little Pipes Ranch, sustainability and storytelling are at the heart of every detail. From solar power and well water to female-founded brand partnerships and homes designed with recycled materials, each element reflects a commitment to preserving the natural beauty of the desert without compromising on luxury.

And with every stay, guests are invited to join our story β€” one of adventure, transformation, and connection.

Artist Spotlight: Hannah Buechler

At Little Pipes Ranch, we’re honored to feature original works by Hannah Buechler, a contemporary artist whose pieces explore the intersection of nature, narrative, and emotion. Her art was thoughtfully curated for the ranch to reflect the spirit of the High Desertβ€”bold, transformative, and timelessβ€”while adding a layer of storytelling that resonates with our guests. Each work becomes part of the immersive experience, inviting visitors to pause, reflect, and see the desert through a new lens.
